Kgobati is currently Executive Director at Mindlib, a leadership and executive coach, and a Neuro-semantics Trainer. She brings more than 20 years of working at various levels of Organisations in Southern and East Africa serving on Boards, in Executive leadership and supporting Execution of Projects in NGOs and Private Enterprises. She is the former Special Policy Advisor to the Minister of Education; Chief Director at the Department of Education; and Professional of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP); and Senior Manager at the Human Sciences Research Council. Kgobati has served as a Regional Consultant for a number of development agencies including the USAID, DFID, and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Kgobati’s experience and flexibility in working at the different levels enables her to facilitate greater synergy and alignment between the governance, executive management and implementation levels of organisations, thus optimising organisational performance.
She currently Heads a women’s Investment Fund and does significant amount of coaching for Private Emerging Enterprises, NGOs, Government Departments, and Public Enterprises.
